1. Who Can Use the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your country. The Platform is intended for use by individuals who can enter into binding contracts under local law.

2. What We Offer

Vote To Earn is a platform that connects users to a set of social, freemium apps where you can vote, engage, and collect digital experiences.

• No purchase is required to participate.

• Voting activity may trigger the mining of PAX tokens (on-chain record), which are sent to the wallet of the user if they hold a Mining Machine or Pass.

• We do not sell cryptocurrencies.

• V Coin is not for sale and has no market value. It is issued only through the V Back loyalty plan when users purchase collectibles or merchandise.

3. Account & Identity

To access the full experience, you must create an account and select a unique username, valid across all apps. You may be asked to connect a social login (Google, Facebook, or email). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and wallet connection.

4. Privacy & Data

Vote To Earn respects your privacy.
We may collect limited personal information, including:

• Login data (email, auth token)

• Wallet address (if connected)

• Engagement activity (e.g. votes, purchases)

We do not sell personal data.
We comply with GDPR and CCPA regulations, and users have the right to:

• Request access or deletion of their data

• Withdraw consent

5. Token Activity Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with your local laws and regulations related to tokens and blockchain use.

• PAX tokens are minted through user voting actions in our apps.

• PAX is not a reward, but a representation of mined participation (Proof of Vote).

• V Coin is issued as a non-transferable loyalty token, with no intrinsic or monetary value.

• We do not guarantee any future worth, trading potential, or exchangeability of any token on the platform.

6. Community Conduct

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Treat others respectfully

• Not impersonate, spam, or exploit the reward systems

• Avoid misuse of voting systems or wallet features

• Not upload or share harmful, illegal, or offensive content

Violation may result in suspension or ban.

7. Merch & Collectibles

When you buy physical or digital items from our connected store, you may receive V Coin as part of our V Back loyalty plan. This is not a financial reward but a platform engagement feature.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, artwork, logos, app mechanics, and branding remain the property of Vote To Earn and its partners. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any element without permission.

9. No Guarantees or Warranties

The platform is offered “as is.” We make no promises about uptime, availability, or future functionality.
Vote To Earn is not liable for:

• Loss of access or rewards

• Misconnected wallets

• Disruption due to third-party services or internet issues

11. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cyprus, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law in your country.
